QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration,
• At least 3 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Auditing or Financial Reporting,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Having business mindset,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Good interpersonal & communication skills in order to work effectively with other departments, mainly with Salesforce

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supporting our Salesforce on Long Term Rental projects by offering calculations, finding formulations for contract negotiations, sharing knowledge with salesforce,
• Check of rental and sales contracts  and orders, including monitoring the approval process,
• Performing calculations and reportings for the Sales and Rental contracts and our entire fleet of forklift trucks, in terms of risks, chances, P&L- and cash-impact,
• Working closely with the relevant departments and following up on compliance with the business units from a financial and auditor perspective,
• Support business departments in setting up Management Reporting to monitor and steer the business,
• Being part of the business review and analysis, growth strategies of the departments on the basis of segments, profitability, product groups etc.,
• Coordination with colleagues from Treasury about financing of Long Term Rental,
• Be involved in improving internal processes and templates for Long Term Rental,
• Support the Controlling team in all tasks, e.g. financial reporting.
