POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from related departments of business, economics, etc. universities,
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the field,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Speaks English very well,
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles,
• Comprehensive knowledge of basic accounting procedures,
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements,
• Knowledgeable about Accounting Software Packages (Logo),
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills to report and present,
• Adaptable to teamwork,
• Analytical perspective and problem-solving skills,
• Paying attention to details,
• Open and willing to learn/develop,
• Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
• Male candidates must have completed their military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Making pre-payment reconciliation with the supplier company and accounting and giving it to the Accounting Manager's Approval.
• Uploading the instructions of the payments to the bank system.
• Making daily records of payments made.
• Branch follow-up of POS sales and returns and reporting to the Accounting Manager
• Instructing the accounting specialist to follow up and report the food checks as branches and to issue the invoices.
• Instructing the accounting specialist to issue invoices such as refunds, price differences, etc.
• Control of the branch rent, electricity, water etc. expenses and reporting to the Accounting
• Manager with the approval of the Operations Manager at the end of the month.
• Following the check-Letter of Guarantee transactions and giving it to the Accounting Specialist.
• Preparing cash flow statement,
• Accounting Manager to do other assigned work.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.
