Now, we are seeking a Senior Release Management Specialist / Release Manager to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Computer, Electrical / Electronics, Mathematical Engineering departments of universities
• Total 8-10 experience in software development lifecycle with different roles, minimum 2-6 years of release and/or related management experience
• Experience in SDLC Information and Maturity Level Models (CMMi, Prince2, PMI, COBIT, ITIL etc.)
• Directly ability to communicate with Customers and Stakeholders
• Having Mentoring and Coaching Skills
• Having information about Change and Service Management
• Having ability about Reporting and Metric Identification / Design
• No military obligation or at least 2 years of deferral for male candidates
• Preferably residing in Asian side of İstanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating release schedules for all applications and sharing them with stakeholders,
• Ensuring the coordination of release passes,
• To decide on the content of release packages with portfolio managers and project managers
• To assist in the establishment of the scope of release, to make the necessary time and employee planning,
• To ensure coordination with management and all related business units,
• Sending Release Reports at regular intervals,
• To create, monitor and develop KPIs of Release,
• Creating a version repository; managing basic information such as compilation and release procedures, dependencies, and manifest lists,
• Being responsible development of technical manuals and training contents for external functions that should work together under the relevant version,
• Researching new software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies and analyzing applications according to current configuration management needs.
