As we continue on our trajectory of growth and sustainability, we are seeking R&D Executive.

• B.S./ M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related technical field
• Minimum 4 years experience in electrochemistry
• Fluent English knowledge
• Resourceful problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player as well as provide creative out-of-the-box solutions
• Understanding of electrochemical processes as they relate to lithium batteries
• Knowledge of pouch, coin cell, cylindrical, and prismatic cell assembly at a lab and pilot scale
• Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills
• Develop COMSOL / ANSYS / MATLAB multiphysics models of cells and modules
• Project management and leadership experience
• Develop algorithms to improve data analysis
• Expertise in electrochemistry, lithium metal and lithium-ion batteries, preferably multiple chemistries, battery management systems, testing and systems integration
• Strong technical writing and oral presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented personality with effective documentation and reporting skills
• Assist customers in their use of our software to design battery cells and packs
• Use customer feedback and interaction to design and test new product features related to electrochemical battery modeling

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop the next generation of lithium-ion cells
• Cell assembly at the mAh- and Ah-scale
• Cell testing and data presentation
• Establishing new collaboration and networks within European Research Area for Horizon Europe and other EU framework programs,
• Establishing and managing collaborations with universities, research institutes, technology companies
• Making customer visits when needed
