QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from Engineering and Business Faculties of universities
• At least 2 years of experience in shopping mall management
• Competent in subcontractor management and contract law processes
• Result oriented, team player, analytical and strong problem solving abilities
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to prepare presentations
• Good command of Ms Office applications
• Able to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting in the preparation of the budgets of shopping malls regarding facility management services, ensuring their follow-up within the period
• Taking part in the contract and tender processes of security and cleaning services
• Monitoring and controlling the progress payment accounts of the companies related to the Accounting Department on a monthly basis
• Following the legislation related to shopping mall management
• Preparing the necessary presentations and reports
