We are looking for “E-Commerce Manager” for our client operating in E-commerce.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• 5+ years of e-commerce industry knowledge and experience.
• Experienced in supplier/stakeholder management and high communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations management, planning and organizational skills.
• Budget management in the field of e-commerce projects and digital marketing.
• Advanced level of English both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive and result-oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Determining the strategy and business plan for the newly established retail e-commerce business, preparing the roadmap and managing the project from end to end.
• Carrying out the brand concept work with the agency.
• Execution of website design and installation with the agency.
• Giving direction for e-commerce site information architecture and deciding on products/concepts.
• Designing and end-to-end management of all operational and customer processes.
• E-commerce channel P&L and budget management.
• Determining e-commerce channel targets and making periodic reports in this direction.
• Planning sales-enhancing activities by analyzing sales traffic and orders.
• Execution of digital marketing, performance marketing and SEO activities with the agency.
• Creation of logistics network.
• Stock control, tracking and reporting.
• Following market trends, conducting market research for determined targets and determining opportunities and actions to gain new customers for the company.
