Our company, which is a leader in its sector with its international organizational structure, is looking for '' Assistant Brand Manager" to be appointed at the Maslak location.

·        Assist Marketing Manager for all Marketing related matters from beginning to end – briefing, strategic development, planning, creative development, product launches, and new product management processes

·        Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility. Support all the launch activities under the brand of responsibility.

·        To analyse sales data to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics, then making adjustments as needed.

·        Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepares analysis based on research data.

·        Develop marketing plans, analyze & evaluate market trends,

·        Follow up for all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, Packaging Agencies.

·        Support the process of product development and packaging.

·        Control marketing expenditure within agreed budgets.

·        Responsible for in-store communication and shopper communication of the campaigns.

Qualifications

·        University degree in Business,Statistics,Economics, Industrial Engineering and / or Marketing Management.

·        At least 2 years brand management experience or marketing experience in the FMCG industry.

·        Experience in customer research and market research.

·        Is a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies

·        Strong analytical and conceptual skills andMS Office applications.

·        Should be ambitious, self-initiative and needs to have passion

·        Dynamic person with strong communication skills

·        The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must

·        Good commandof written and spoken English

·        No restriction for travelling

·        Completed military service for male candidates
