QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineer is highly preffered), or Business Administration 
• Advanced English both written an spoken 
• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Logistics, Customs, Import/Export, Warehousing Operations 
• Experience in management of a team including budgeting and cost containment as well as reporting
• Proven success with relationship building customer service level focus
• Outstanding track record of leading others, influencing decision and making a positive impact 
• Living in Osmaniye or willing to live
  

Job Description

• Manage and supervise the company's internal and external warehousing activities, ensuring cost- rational allocation of resources and customer service expectation focus
•  Manage warehouse and spare parts teams in terms of showing responsible and decisive leadership 
• Coordinate the operational activities of the warehouse, follows up the planned material supply of the plants according to the production plan 
• Manage returnable and non returnable Packaging material flow and in-house sorting activities 
• Actively participate in the implementation of the H&S quality assurance projects
•  Efficiently maintain cycle counts and records of raw and packaging materials, stock, packaging and other fixed assets 
• Ensure that stock movements are registered correctly and the Inventory module maintained well in accordance with Company procedures, cost saving and safety policies 
• Ensure to plan and monitor the fulfillment of internal and external transport needs
•  Distribution contacts, coordination of deliveries
• Optimize the inventory with maximum utilization of the finished goods warehouse 
• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of the technical, stationery, cleaning equipment of the warehouse by executing internal sourcing procedures. 
• Continuously check and control operational tasks (receipt of goods, delivery of goods, machine material handling) 
• Contribute handling of the complaints from customers if necessary and take timely actions on time 
• Control and approve in confirmity of the weekly invoices from suppliers. Record the invoices to Crown system and do necessary KPI reporting monthly basis
