Your Responsibilities

/ Responsible for the development of turnover, cancel & return, conversion, consumer satisfaction NPS

/ Responsible for proceeding e-commerce processes and operations such as following the position of the customer orders, inventory of the products and supply processes

/ Managing and solving customer requests and taking actions responding to customer feedbacks

/ Conducting campaign studies, coordinating the activation of promotions on the website, briefing to marketing teams and tracking the results

/ Improving the customer experience within the website and implementing the necessary projects & actions & developments

/ Reporting and reviewing the KPIs daily, weekly, monthly (e.g T/O, conversion rate, website traffic, cancel/return numbers)

Your Profile

/  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields

/ 1-2 years of experiences in e-commerce field

/ Knowledge about e-commerce operations, campaign management and marketing

/ Strong analytical, team player ,problem solving, communication and cooperation skills

/ Excellent communication skills in English

/ Excellent MS Office skills, SAP reporting knowledge is plus
