Hotel operates under the international  HOTELS chain. The board service of BB, HB and Feel-Free (limited AI) are available to guests. Dishes from the world's distinguished cuisines are prepared in accordance with the personal preference and taste of the guests at the 7 fresh-cooking stations, upon order and served as a self-service basis.

Unique accommodation facilities and relax activity services availed in a vibe that is harmonised with the sounds of nature, are all focused to guest satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Fluent in English but other languages (Russian, German) are an asset (interview will be in English).

• Hotel reservation and front office related experience, education or qualification is essential.

• Good knowledge and experience on MS Office and reservation programs (Sedna is an asset).  

• Good communication, problem solving skills, committed to guest satisfaction and privacy.

• Having strong empathy skills, teamwork, capable of handling intense yet flexible working conditions and disciplined.

• Care of appearance and personal hygiene.

• Able to present references and past performance.

• Candidates will be required to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week on shift basis.

• Establish good working relationship with travel agents and tour operators. 

• Cooperate, coordinate, and assist other departments. 

In General: 

• Onsite accommodation (if required) as well as meals. 

• Seasonal recruitment , however longer period is an option based on performance.
