REGION RESPONSIBLES 

Fortinge Technology which operates within the structure of Akratek Elektronik has been developing innovative, high-quality products for the broadcast and professional video industry for over 10 years and offers broadcast solutions both in local & abroad. Fortinge product line includes a wide range Teleprompters, Broadcast Monitors and Software Solutions. Over the past years, Fortinge has been able to expand its reach across the globe, obtaining customer feedback that has lead to the manufacturing of products that are exceeding customer’s needs and expectations.

And now we are looking for a "Region Responsible" who will add strength to the team with his/her positive energy in our Maltepe/İstanbul office. The candidate will be a member of the team in the Export Department and will report to the manager he/she is affiliated within the department.

WHO CAN BE ON OUR TEAM?

• Graduated from Undergraduate departments of universities, especially International Trade and Business,
• Primary language English in advanced level is a must,
• Having experience previously in abroad markets before is a plus,
• Secondary Language as per to the region is a plus,
• Using Microsoft Office programmes is a must,
• Maximum 2 years of export sales experience,
• No travel obstacles,
• Be able to conduct Active Sales operations,
• Be able to adapt to dynamic and intensive working environment,
• Competent in team management, management and coordination with goals,
• Strong ability to plan and organize,
• Driving licence B is a plus,
• A resident of the Anatolian side of Istanbul or no restriction to get to Maltepe.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO TOGETHER?

• Creating and developing new customer portfolio through market researchs and customer visits,
• Sustaining business relations with current customers, getting their new orders and following all process till the delivery is fully completed,
• Identifying and deciding sales strategies according to the country Dynamics & customer characteristics,
• Preparing sales reports related to products or customers.
• Planning country visits and managing marketing activities as per to the market requirements,
• Setting online calls (if possible) to get in contact with the (possible) customer in a fast way,
• Preparing quotations as per to the customer requests, following closely to the end of getting the order.
• Sending the order to the production and asking for the lead time,
• Following the export process from the beginning to the end with the export operation specialist,
• Ensuring the goods are delivered to the customer without any problem,
• In case of a problem, trying to solve it in the best way by pleasing the customer but also concerning the company benefits,
• Attending to the international exhibitions related with the broadcast market, coordination of all the process; applying to the show, designing of the booth, deciding which products to be exhibited, supporting the export process of the goods etc.
