Purpose of the job : Manage process delivery creation in SAP to ensure right quantity is delivered as per the date confirmed to customer in the most of cost-efficient manner.

Support supply chain with managing logistics activities.

Tasks and responsabilities:

• Creating in SAP; outbound delivery to customer, transfer between plant and external warehouse, return, reverse, create custom document, release inventory.

• Perform transport planning activities for domestics & export in according to; safety, quality,  cost.

• Manage  local logistics supplier within support of central team.

• Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries of required materials at lowest total system cost.

• Acts as interface for issues related to shipping, invoicing, for forwarding agents, shipping agents, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and corporate office. 

• Monitor order and works closely with internal & external stakeholder about status update on orders due to ship and in transit.
  

• Coordinate the lifting of any holds on an order that would impact delivery creation.

• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. Support CI initiative.

• Ensure SAP is maintained correctly and control performance indicator. Drive corrective actions.
  

• Collaboration with other areas of the company and flexibility to perform backup functions.

• 4+ years of logistics environment.
  

• Some experience within manufacturing industry.
  

• BS in business administration, logistics, supply chain or proven record of successful management in both distribution and logistics.
