General Qualifications

· Fluency in verbal and written English at an advanced level is a mandatory requirement. Please DO NOT apply if your English is not Advanced Level

· Holds a degree in Foreign Trade, specializing in import and export, or a related field with a concentration on international business. Having familiarity with comparable programs and coursework is considered advantageous.

· Proficient in ETA SQL Program and bookkeeping.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and CRM programs.

· Capable of supporting the sales and service teams in essential processes.

· Responsible for the order fulfilment process and logistics (import and export) follow-up.

· Residing in Istanbul/Anatolian side.

· No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

· Manage the importations from abroad and organize stock control using our accountant system, ETA.

· In charge of customs clearance, shipment, and invoicing for our warehouse.

· Deal with customs clearance tasks, requiring knowledge of import and export terms and payment terms.

· Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and manage delivery documentation.

· Use CRM program for data input and follow-up.

· Manage technical service department organizations and logistic operations.

· Coordinate between the service department and clients

· Issue service invoices after service visits and follow up on payments.

· Provide support to the sales team and customer representatives.

· Provide support to the purchasing department.

· Prepare periodic reports.

· Follow up and organize all office work, adapting to various tasks, including:

· Handling phone inquiries and calls.

· Arranging travel itineraries to assist the sales and service team.

· Managing visa applications forms.

· Handling documentation work, archiving, filing/file operations, and necessary data entries.

· Tracking incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

· Coordinate and manage international textile exhibitions.

· Handle inquiries and quotations along with responsible sales team member.

· Follow up on all steps from receiving inquiries to the sales stage and after-sales.

· Facilitate communication between Turkish clients and European principals for spare parts and machine sales.
