We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Financial Controller to join our team. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

Your Responsibilities 

/Taking place in R&D and Project Financial Controlling activities, digitalization projects and monitoring and follow-up of budgets for Product Management and R&D departments across different categories

 /Manage monthly activities, KPI tracking, preparing reports and presentations, performing system entries and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned

/Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support for certain tasks, gather needed data, update documentation and ensure financial performance of business

/Responsible for project calculation process (feasibility, economic calculation scenario and sensitivity analysis) of new product, product development for inhouse and OEM projects, gives recommendations / commentaries to stakeholders and management

/Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D and Project Controlling and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial and project controlling

Your  Profile 

/Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, or a related field

/Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

/Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

/Inclined to financial analysis, budgeting and project controlling or having experience or coursework is a plus and proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint. BI solutions, macro or programing language is an asset.

/Fluent English (spoken and written) is required 

/Able to work minimum 3 days in a week (remote working option is possible)
